Building the website UI and product catalogue

kood/Sisu designed and built the user interface and product catalogue for the Evolved TCG online store, a Pokémon trading card store with a wide product selection and a custom inventory management solution.
“The collaboration worked very well, and the end result met our expectations. Communication with the developers was clear, and a shared understanding of priorities was maintained throughout the project. The developers made sure the schedule didn’t slip — and it didn’t!”
Janne Kaarnasaari | Evolved TCG

The project started with direct outreach and moved quickly from initial discovery to execution. kood/Sisu’s experts Enni Reinikainen and Taleb Hossaini took full responsibility for both implementation and project coordination in close collaboration with the client, without a separate PMO layer.

Yli 10 000 tuotteen katalogi vaati räätälöityjä ratkaisuja
A catalogue of over 10,000 products required tailored solutions. kood/Sisu focused on improving the user interface, user experience, performance, and overall usability of the WooCommerce-based store while building on top of the existing system.
Whenever the required functionality was not directly available or existing solutions proved insufficient, the team implemented custom features using PHP, custom CSS, and JavaScript. Through continuous optimisation, improved filtering, and targeted technical enhancements, kood/Sisu ensured the platform remains lightweight, fast, and reliable.
Throughout the project, the work emphasised a strongly practical, hands-on approach, in which solutions were shaped by real use rather than by assumptions.
“All changes were tested in real use cases and developed based on actual user experience, not just technical functionality. Because this was a continuation on top of an existing platform, every solution had to be reliable and carefully implemented to ensure previous functionality wasn’t disrupted.”
Taleb Hossaini | kood/Sisu
