JobFair 2026: One Day, Many Conversations, Real Connections
JobFair 2026 took over the premises of kood/Sisu at Viestikatu 1 in Kuopio on 30.1.2026. The space was filled with companies, talents, discussions, and new opportunities.

The event brought together ambitious talent and forward-thinking employers to talk openly about work life, tech careers, and what the future might actually look like beyond buzzwords. The program moved seamlessly between stage talks, panels, hands-on clinics, and informal networking, creating multiple touchpoints for meaningful conversations.
Insights from the Stage
The stage program set the tone for the day. Keynotes and panels explored topics including partnerships between education and industry, personal branding in tech, diversity in the workplace, startups and entrepreneurship, and the real impact of AI on recruitment and developer careers. Speakers and panellists from companies like Ponsse, Zalando, Siili Solutions and Solita shared perspectives that were practical, grounded, and refreshingly honest.

Beyond the stage, JobFair offered hands-on clinics and one-on-one discussions that turned ideas into action. Talents had the chance to refine their CVs, reflect on their personal brand, and get direct feedback from industry professionals. The company area and clinic sessions made it easy to continue conversations sparked on stage and explore concrete career paths.
