kood/Sisu batch 3 kickStart
Today, we welcomed a new group of students to the kood/Sisu campus as Batch 3 officially began their studies. The atmosphere was warm and lively, with many familiar faces from 2025 Selection Sprints gathering to start this new chapter together.
The Opening
The day opened with a speech from Laura Nykänen, Head of School, followed by study start information presented by our Tech Lead Farouq and Study & Tech Coordinator, Maria Sazhina. The new students showed great curiosity and engagement, asking questions about the journey ahead.
We also had a keynote speech from Lauri Haav, CEO of kood/Jõhvi, offering perspectives on coding education and kood/ coding school network.
The Partner Companies
After lunch our partner companies OP Financial Group, Normet, Ponsse and Mobie visited the campus. They shared perspectives on the role of software development in their organisations and business, answered questions about their teams, and gave insight into future opportunities.
The day concluded with a student panel discussion, where current kood/Sisu students shared their experiences and advice with the new batch.
